I called ahead of time to ask for pricing and availability and the lady said to come right now. I showed up and the lady did not speak any English and had me translate on her phone. No where listed the types of services or pricing and she asked if I wanted 30 minutes or 1 hour. I told her 1 hour deep tissue massage and she took me to the room and made me pay up front and it was an extra $5 since I paid with a card. While she ran my card I noticed both massage tables had dirty sheets with a bunch of hair and makeup by the head space. Obviously they were not washed between customers. The place also smelled of cigarettes. When she came back I had a bad feeling about all of this so I asked her if she was a licensed masseuse and she looked scared and admitted she was not. I asked for a refund right there and she reluctantly gave me one. Stay far away from here!!!

I usually don’t do things like this but do not go to this place. Especially at night and during Zumba hours. I called this place to see if they took walk-ins, to which she said yes and I wanted to know what time they close and if they had availability for right then. The person I spoke to spoke very clear English and yes we do. We will see you soon. So I left my usual massage therapist to drive there. Since it was my first time there ever, I was happy because I was in so much pain. When I got there, I was immediately told I would have to pay in advance. (1st red flag) They charged my card an additional $5 for service charge. But to even ask why am I paying before my service was an issue. They barely spoke English so, I just went with it. I got there and paid at 1905, got in the room to get undressed by 1910. The lady kept walking in and out of the room while I was undressing that it frustrated me. So she finally comes back to start at 1915. Played music from her cellphone. About 5 minutes into doing my massage, her phone rings and she walked out. I looked back and up at the clock, it was 1920. She came back 1925 then left again. So I asked if everything was ok. She mumbled something in her language and continued. Then the Zumba class started. She worked on me off and on through the loud Zumba music until 2000 and said ALL DONE and walked out the room. I was utterly shocked and felt cheated. I WAS cheated. I paid for an hour on really only got about 30 minutes. While I was getting dressed, she knocked on the door this time to offer me water and walk me out the door. There was another woman sitting at the desk blocked me from leaving and refused to give me my card said that I needed to pay. Remember, I paid when I got there. So I explained to her that I already paid and I needed my card so that I could go. So I thought she was calling the lady to verify that I had paid. I had to take my card so they couldn’t run it again. When I turned around, one lady was standing behind me as the other lady tried to force me to pay her an additional $20 for a tip. She didn’t even give me the hour service that I paid. ($65+$5 fee). So, I gave her $5 and told her to move from the doorway. Please don’t let anyone or company cheat you out of your money. I will never go back there again.

There was nothing remarkable about my massage. It wasn't bad and it wasn't exceptional. Going in to working with someone I'm not familiar with means I do not set my expectations high. However, be prepared to expect to pay a $20 tip on a $65 service. The technician did not speak English and therefore used a translator on her phone and would not accept anything less. She then tried to say that there is a $3 tax once she started to realize I wasn't giving her a $20 tip. I have never paid tax on a massage, manicure or hair appt. Ever. She just wanted to reach that $85 mark. I suggested she raise her prices if she expects $85. We won't go into the part where my appt was at 1pm and the door was locked and no answer when I knocked or called. Had to wait for her to come out to take something to the trash dumpster to get her attention and by then it was 1:30
